COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA.

Hops: Horizon, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade
Malt: 2-row Pale, Victory, Crystal

rayaron (1811) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - NOV 3, 2016
Bottle. Slightly hazy orange with white head. Sweetish aroma with notes of fruits (peach, banana) and flowers. Sweetish flavor, fruity, light hoppy bitterness, notes of citrus (orange, lemon), dry. Medium-bodied. Clean and nice.

Stine (1780) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 1, 2016
Plain transparent orange with a clinging white cap. Aroma is honeyed apricot, muted pine; pleasantly herbal and floral, lavender. Some astringent white tea qualities. The flavor projects a chalky bitterness, lacking definition, and a basic citrus peel fruitiness. The palate is dry, brisk, relatively light. Cleanly floral finish. Nothing off or incorrect about this but it lacks a necessary quenching quality somehow, which can’t be considered an objective issue.

Had on tap at brew pub in Bend. Clear & yellow. Strong citrus smell. First sip is good but gets a strong plant-y aftertaste.

Nose is pretty strictly straightforward IPA, but flavor is amazingly refreshing and flavorful. If you are an IPA lover, you will enjoy this.

Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Moderate hop bitterness, some lighter citric notes, a little malty sweetness, and light lingering hop bitterness. Fine.

Medium body. Fruity aroma. Slightly sticky texture. Average carbonation. Firm bitter finish. Well done IPA.

badhack (554) - San Francisco, California, USA - SEP 5, 2016
Much like the description says there is citrus, pine and fruit flavors, no tropical, not sour and juicy like an orange. Must be low sugar. Raw bitterness in the finish. A stiff malty backbone holds the beer up. The beer is clean and crisp and dry and cuts straight to the flavor with little masking.

trapped (3097) - New York, TURKEY - SEP 2, 2016
Bottle. Hazy bright orange with foamy whitish head, citrus aroma, medim bitter orange peel taste, thin body, medium bitter finish. Nice brew
