COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tonya handpicked Pink Ladies and Granny Smiths from a small farm in Yakima to create a perfect blend of juice. Non traditionally, she fermented it out with a wine yeast that creates strong champagne characteristics, hence the name Bubbly.

10 Barrel West, Bend. Small foam ring, very pale white-yellow. Fruity apple nose with a fair bit of yeast. Similar sip, and dries out well. Nice.

Sampled from a pitcher at RBSG 2017. At the Boise Brewery. In my tasting glass gold with a thin white head. Nose is apple. Light body. Flavor is sweet apples. It is what it is. Tasty enough.

Draft sample at the source. The cider is a clear yellow with a white head that fizzes away quickly. Sweet apple notes with a drying, papery finish. Medium body and high carbonation.

On tap crystal clear very pale straw with a total CB of orange. Some bibles coming up but no head or lacing. But not reall expected. Soft mild Apple flavors and aromas. Nice sweetness is still hanging around. Very soft carbination and served 50ish Maybe it was a mistake pour 20 min ago and I’m the poor schmuck that ordered one right before they were going to dump it out. Oh well. Tasty anyway.
