COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Color Blind marries deep malt character to juicy hop flavors and aroma to make one bad-ass Red IPA. With heavy handed hop additions of Mosaic being bolstered by rich caramel malts, we’re sure the hop heads out there will see things our way.

On tap at the Alamo Draft House in Katy. Hard to tell in a dark movie but I’d call it reddish or copper with a lot of lace. Dank, toasted caramel, pine, apricot aroma. Medium bitter, fruity and caramel malt taste. Medium bodied, smooth.

Wow this is phenomenal. Copper pour, tan lacy head.aroma is juicy stone fruits, bitter grapefruit, sweet malts. Bitter bite on the tongue, with the compliment of sweet malts is great. Lovely IPA.

On tap at Hay Merchant. Pours a clear copper with the small frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong pine, caramel, dank. Medium mouth, juicy hop, grapefruit, resin finish, very nice.

Shaker pint draft at Hay Merchant in Houston, Texas. The pour is a clear reddish copper with a smallish light tan head. The aroma is big fresh citrus, pineapple fruit, some grassy pine and a decent punch of caramel malt. The taste follows the nose, with a great blend of fresh expressive pine citrus fruit hop and the chewy caramel malt. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and a dry, bitter finish. Nice beer.

On tap at Onion Creek. Nice amber with slight head. Nose is caramel, malts, floral notes and of course hops. Taste is also floral, fruits, hops and then malts as well. Enjoyable!

Suitably reddish. Bitter and resinous offset with a bit of caramel sweetness. Good show!

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2016 Slightly more red than copper in color, frothy off white head. Caramel apple aroma. Very well put together flavor....hopped fruitiness can often go awry but they balanced it all well. Beautiful finish too...bold but smooth with a lingering dark fruit finish, some strawberry up in there.
