Bottle from source. Creamy head on a slightly hazy pale brew. Smell is a little slaggish. First taste is also a little slaggish, but hides the 6% alky well. Decent co2, rather mild personality and quite east to drink. Very nice lacing. Mild slag feel & taste continues to the end. kaser (6364) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 16, 2016
Golden pour from 12oz bottle at home. White head. Fruit and flower aroma. Yeast, wheat and rather dull flavor. Foxbush (2071) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - NOV 30, 2015
12 oz Bottle from the AOPD Beers for the month of November The ale pours a light amber with a small off white head and lacing. The aroma was weak but hints of pale malts. The taste has some pears and apples with semi-sweet malts. The ale has a light body with soft carbonation. It is pleasant to drink but no WOW! Miburui (22) - - MAY 8, 2015
Looks great in the glass, disappoints in the mouth. I got really excited after pouring this, the frothy head and lovely bubbles are pleasant to look at. But mouthfeel is so bland, the whole experience is worse for the false hope that this is the whole package.

Bottle at home. Deep golden pour with a chunky white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma of doughy malts and sweet floral. Light bodied, clean, almost imperceptible hopping, some sweet tropical fruit nuances - pineapple. Clean finish. No complexity. callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 27, 2014
Lightly hazy golden colored body, thin off-white head, sparse lacing. Lightly sweet stonefruits, biscuity malts, and crackers. Soft florals and a touch of citrus. Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation. Semi-sweet throughout. Rounded finish. Beerathon (1683) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 12, 2014
A nicely balanced blonde ale with subtle hop character to go along with a semi sweet malt bill. Finishes with a corn like sweetness. Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - JUN 18, 2014
Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass (bar pour) back in a Delaware seafood joint.
The appearance was a decent looking hazy yellow to somewhat golden color with a light transparency allowing some carbonation to be seen rising. There was a thin white head that barely allowed any lacing once it started to die.
The smell had some toasty sort of sweet corn notes. It seemed slightly grassy and herbal.
The taste was basically the same.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and sessionable.
Overall, I had a couple of these and ended up having it with some fried oysters and that went extremely well. Bricks (1140) - Delaware, USA - MAY 23, 2014
Very clear golden color, fizzy white head. Smells of simple straw. Malty simple taste, with a hint of apple?
