Bottle from Hops in a Bottle, Mansfield.
Pours slightly cloudy, golden in colour. Single finger white head. Aroma is skunky, citrus, orange, yeasty. Taste of initial light malts, then subtle lemon and orange, citrus flavours, no real honey taste. A bit bland. mr_h (5826) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - JUN 22, 2015
Cask, hand-pulled, Bon Accord, pale malty aroma with some honey, clear golden, thin white head, very sparse lacing, oily, the honey comes through in the aftertaste foxo82 (919) - Bromsgrove (via Leicester), Worcestershire, ENGLAND - FEB 6, 2015
Bottle from Brother David. Amber with grassy malt aroma. Taste starts off weak, watery and in safe CAMRA territory but the honey comes through in the aftertaste. Not the honey-est honey beer but very pleasant nonetheless. AshtonMcCobb (6843) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 26, 2014
Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl.
Appearance - golden with a proportionate head which then fades quickly. A slight haze.
Nose - honey and cornflakes.
Taste - strangely drying and green even though it’s a honey beer.
Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - don’t like honey beers and thus isn’t a good example.

Served with yeast. Hazy orange color, good white head. Aroma is like in Orval! Horseblankety, honeyish. Light bodied. Flavor is also like Orval! Horseblankety, fruity, peppery, honeyish. Well, I think it was not intended to be like this but I love it!
Bottled (from Beers Of Europe). Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma is spruce, quite acidic and very sour and spicy. Flavour is acidic wood, some spices, and sour and yeastyness. With yeast in it, a very good orval clone... So if you want a good rating, throw in the yeast, just in case it would be infected.... fonefan (50532) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2011

Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, i did not get muck honey ? Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
