Cask (handpump) at GBBF, day 2 in August 2007. Attractive bronze/amber colour. Strong malt character with lots of fruit and some sweet notes. Not without tangy hops either. Fairly full bodied. Quite well done I thought. Didn’t twig the wheat in this.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe, King’s Lynnsaxo (19522) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2011
Golden color, with persistent perlage and generous head. Light aroma of Brett, probably not intended. Dry mouthfeel, again with some astringency and sourness; quite strong bitterness; the infection is mild and the result is drinkable; still, it’s flawed.
Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, flowers, caramel and malt. fonefan (51064) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 4, 2011

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Amber in colour. Malty aroma with a hint of fruit and a faint hint of aniseed. Malty and fruity taste which is nicely balanced. Ethereal (2471) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JAN 1, 2009
UPDATED: OCT 22, 2011 500ml bottle from Middle Farm, drunk at home, 22nd Oct 2011. Slightly cloudy amber with a big white, very firm head that leaves a lot of lacing. I’m torn on the nose - has some spiciness but also some soapiness. Biscuity malt taste, medium palate.

Cask at the Eastbourne Beer Festival, 11th Oct 2008. Clear amber. Weak malt aroma and a similar taste. The added wheat is evident and makes it feel quite heavy bodied. Feel stronger than 4.2%.
Cask conditioned gravity pour at Red Lion, Snargate. Just a little in poor condition, drinkable though. Ungstrup (38384) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 10, 2007
