COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Colore ambrato carico con riflessi aranciati. Noir. Naso caldo di caramello, viola, frutti di bosco e noci. In bocca è morbida, abboccata, di struttura. Si avvertono note di miele di castagno, nocciola, ribes. Di corpo sostenuto, ha un amaro contenuto.

6 Roast, but also slightly raw grainy aroma
4 Very dark, small hrief head
6 Rich roasty taste, pretty burnt. Alas some diacetyl.
4 Finish very dry, a touch of walnut papers. Dry dry ditterness
11 Too much diacetyl even for me, but shows promise.

0.75 l bottle at Helsinki Beer Festival. Dark reddish brown color. Sweet mellow roasted malt aroma with cocoa, coffee, caramel. Aromatic roasty flavor with coffee, cocoa and low bitternss. Needs more bitterness or roastedness for a balance.
