cvillebeer's rating

   AROMA 6/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 4/5   OVERALL 13/20
cvillebeer (134) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - NOV 22, 2005
Labeled B.B. Burgerbrau, etc. Light and clear with a quickly dissapearing head- aromas of Saaz and light malt. The flavor is quick and dry- slightly hoppy and malty with an innoffensive dry, ever so slightly bitter finish. Arrogant Bastard this isn’t, but a nice lager and easy drinking. Recommended as an option for those looking for something good and not too challenging.

herrklemann (248) - Graz, AUSTRIA - JUL 8, 2017
Bottle. Clear yellow, with a big white head. Sweet malts all the way, some grassy hops. Bittersweet. Oily body, with soft carbonation.

MarcoBasile (412) - DENMARK - JUN 26, 2017
Pours golden with a small white frothy head that vanishes quickly. Aroma of malts and corn. Little hop presence. Taste is light but with decent crispness. Malts, grain and sweet corn. Little bitterness.

Icedwarf (1648) - Etten-Leur, NETHERLANDS - MAY 28, 2017

Brewhemia (312) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2016
Very pale clear yellow with white head. Light malty sweetness and diacetyl in the aroma plus a faint hop aroma (a little hay notes). Medium sweet taste with a hint of hop flavor and a very lightly bitter finish. Too sweet or too little bitterness and hop flavor I think. Carbonation disapears quickly.

Villyzzz (389) - Espoo, FINLAND - NOV 11, 2016
Can at home. Pours golden with off-white head. Aroma is hay and malts. Taste is malty and metallic with weak bitterness. Thin bodied and watery. Bitter finish. Meh.

phfyysik (1269) - Tartu, ESTONIA - SEP 28, 2016
330ml can. Pours golden with almost no head. Aroma is grain, malts, dust, light vegetables. Taste is more bitter than I hoped. Also some grain, cardboard, metallic, some sourness and sweetness. Rather OK beer!
