COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Chicagoans like hoppy beers, so we obliged by brewing a mean Double IPA. Then we asked artist Joey Potts to design a label of equal intensity. Generously hopped with Falconers Flight, Zythos, and Cascade, Sinister is brimming with juicy, tropical flavors of mango and pineapple. Don’t expect back rubs and mixtabs from this beer-- Sinister won’t even remember your first name.

Earthy herbal hop notes, some citrus, tropical fruit, toasted caramel and what seemed like sweet unfermented wort. Hazy amber orange color, thin head. Flavors of iced tea unfermented wort notes, some citrus and tropical fruit, sugar, caramel. Flabby carbonation. I was super excited for this and it let down. Guessing it was a bad bottle or maybe it was old. Good thing I spent $16 on it.

Biskoppen Savoy.
