On tap at brewery. Pale yellow with thin white head and fruity citrus aroma that could masquerade as a Sav Blanc. Probably the best tasting lager a hop head could hope for. The fruity hops range from mandarin to green grapes in the finish. A big step up from a more famous rice lager... Muggus69 (2842) - Yarram, Vic, AUSTRALIA - MAR 10, 2017
330mL bottle from Slowbeer
Pale straw body, clear body, white foam.
Moderate nose to it - get a distinct grainy malt character with fragrant floral & citrusy hops.
Medium-light body, drying texture but clean overall.
Grainy, husk, cereal sort of malt - provides a dryness of its own early on - leads into moderate fruity hops & florals, and a restrained bitterness.
Really nice overall - a lager that would compete with most golden & some pale ales. kermis (15285) - The Hague / Amsterdam / Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 26, 2016
Draft at Taps, Changkat. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light fruity hops, herbal hops, citrus and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation. TedE (1590) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAR 28, 2016
330ml bottle into glass. Sweet malt nose. Pale amber with thin film on top. Slight zing, fruity taste. Sweet finish. Superior Asian style lager. Super easy drinking, whole glass gone in an instant. jmgreenuk (10691) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - JAN 14, 2015
Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is citrus yeast. The flavour is herbal veggie, very light sour with a citrus light acid light mineral palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

An interesting entry by 2 Brothers that doesn't quite engage the taste buds to the extent that you would expect a Rice Beer to. A slightly shark aroma is contrasted by a smooth palate that doesn't quite reach the peaks you expect. Worth a taste but not upper echelon.

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2014 Tasting at Plonk, re rating with a bottle. This pale amber coloured rice lager has some toffee sweetness and packs a surprising burst of hoppy flavour with little bitterness. Great summer session beer, very ?smashable?. Could drink one after the other in the sun very happily. mattyhennessy (377) - Highton, AUSTRALIA - JUL 17, 2014
This beer surprised me. I am not usually a fan of rice lagers, however this has some nice complexity. Pale straw yellow with a white head. High carbonation. Very fruit arms of citrus, straw and pineapple. Nice malty flavour, unexpected because of the rice. donniemillan (102) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 26, 2014
It pours a bright clear yellow, fast diminishing head, fruity lemon aroma, unbelievably refreshing to drink, could easily drink several.
