On tap at Knotty Barrel, San Diego. Pours clear golden short lasting small white head. Very nice, fruity, tropical fruit, kiwi, juicy. Not overly sweet. Great. Medium bodied. Refreshing.

Draft. Pours yellow with a white head. Fruity pear and ginger, mild sweetness, and a relatively dry finish. Solid.

Draft at The Stihl Whiskey Bar. Very pale golden, lively carbonation. Sharp apple aroma and taste, with gentle ginger accents. Very tasty and refreshing.

12 oz single from Trader Joe in Salem OR $1.50 Pours a pale yellow...almost urine colour. No head or lace. Aromas of sweet red apples dipped in candied ginger! Taste basically the same red apples and sweetened ginger..although in the aftertaste there is a bit of good ginger heat. Mouth feel s good for an American cider..the drying effect of the ginger helps. OK drink..could see me do one in the summer.

Fatehunter (2568) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - SEP 11, 2016
It smells like ginger. Taste starts with apple sweet that is quickly overtaken by the ginger. Good balance and flavor.

Whoa. Alot of ginger. Kinda like ginger ale with apple. Thx aaron for sharing this can on the ocean.

bpreo (2863) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JUL 9, 2016
Very good ginger flavors, but the apple comes through as well, so it’s not entirely like a ginger soda.

fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 11, 2016
Draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle
Pale yellow color. Off-dry cider with moderate ginger that gives soapy feelings.
Not very interesting.

ffbot (420) - Oakland, California, USA - MAR 18, 2016
Pour is a light yellow, tiny head. Smell is apples and ginger, hey that’s weird right? It is nice and sweet though. Taste, long ginger presence with some sweet apples and some nice drying effect

mcberko (18084) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 7, 2016
On tap at Schilling, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is intense, with lots of fresh ginger root drowning out everything else. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of ginger root and medium dry apples. Not a big fan of this. It’s reasonable for what it is, but it’s not a ginger bomb.
