COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lambic style sour blackberry. Made with 100 percent fresh-pressed Northwest apples and whole, Oregon-grown blackberries. Inspired by the Flemish beers of Belgium, La Mure is 6.9% ABV, bone dry, and holds complex fruit character. La Mure is aged in local Pinot Noir barrels with lactobacillus for over a year, resulting in a strong backbone, light oak flavors and a wild lactic tang.

Red in color with very berry aroma. Tart. Taste is the same, but thinner than I expected. Cuts refreshingly through the previous I Stout. Thanks, Dan ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Cap Tap. Pours purple with a thick pink head and a strong blackberry aroma. There is a medium-bodied cider base with a lot of blackberry and a winey finish.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours murky reddish berry color with an arguably off-white head. Aroma of light sour dark berry. Med body, nearly. Flavor is very lightly lactic sour; some blackberry; not a lot of "cider". A very interesting thing - I can think lambic on this. Sort of.
