Bottle. Clear yellow pour with no head. Apple, cinnamon sticks. Drier finish. Doesn’t seem like 10.5% either - not boozy or sweet.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma is cinnamon. Med body. Flavor reminds of baked apples covered with cinnamon - minus a "baked" flavor! And it’s tart. 500 ml bottle. POurs a clear gold color with a small white head that quickly, and audibly, fizzes away to nothing. The aroma is strong with pumpkin pie spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. The taste, l;ike the aroma, largely feature pie spices set in a tart apple base. The palate was a bit greasy and the carbonation was lively. Finished short and metallic. Tap at 2 Towns. Pours clear, light yellow with white head. Aroma is very clove, nutmeg, apples, sweet, mulled wine. Taste is very spiced , tons of clove, light bodied, very festive. Poured from bottle to glass. Clear straw hue with fizzy white head that dissipated immediately. Aroma is apples, cloves, cinnamon, acetic. Mouthfeel is great with medium light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is sweet throughout with spice astringent following and sharp CO2 bite. Overall this is a really nice cider.
