Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma is cinnamon. Med body. Flavor reminds of baked apples covered with cinnamon - minus a "baked" flavor! And it’s tart. The flavors really impact the mouth. It finishes tart, cinnamon, and maybe some other spices, but for me it’s very cinnamon. Nice.

BeerandBlues2 (13870) - Escondido, California, USA - NOV 6, 2016
Draught at Plan 9 Alehouse. Pours clear pale yellow and still. Aroma is sweet apple, light vanilla, spicy nutmeg and cloves. Flavor is lightly tart and sweet apple, light honey notes, spicy cloves and nutmeg with a dry finish. Medium body and still.

Bottle. Clear yellow pour with no head. Apple, cinnamon sticks. Drier finish. Doesn’t seem like 10.5% either - not boozy or sweet.

marcus (10742) - Sacramento, California, USA - JAN 10, 2015
On tap at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours whitish yellow with decent white head and an apple aroma. Thete is a sourish apple flavor with a very dry finish.

after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Draft at sb. Pours a hazy medium gold with a scant fizzy white head. Sugary pumpkin pie spice nose. Overripe tart apple mid palate. Lots of granny smith. Hot dry finish. Nothing really complements anything else here.

Capa (3499) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - DEC 30, 2016
Golden. Medium thin body. Lightly sweet and tart apple with loads of spice and cinnamon. The spice lingers. The 10.5% is really well hidden. Not something I’d want too much but it is interesting.

Nice and naughty. Says it is 10.8% alcohol now. Sampled at the McKenzie Cider and Craft Beer Festival, November 14th, 2015.

StefanSD (2468) - Ouray, Colorado, USA - JAN 1, 2015
500 ml bottle. POurs a clear gold color with a small white head that quickly, and audibly, fizzes away to nothing. The aroma is strong with pumpkin pie spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. The taste, l;ike the aroma, largely feature pie spices set in a tart apple base. The palate was a bit greasy and the carbonation was lively. Finished short and metallic. Overall: Not horrible, but not worth a second look.

500 ml bottle- Pours light honey golden that has a surprising thin crackly head that reduces to a thin collar. Aroma is apples, pumpkin, spices, appealing, reminds me of fall. The taste is strong pumpkin, apple, nutmeg and cinnamon, not sure if because its off season or just too much spice, but it seems a little overbearing right now. Not bad.

Danyel (1609) - Colorado, USA - NOV 3, 2014
Tap at 2 Towns. Pours clear, light yellow with white head. Aroma is very clove, nutmeg, apples, sweet, mulled wine. Taste is very spiced , tons of clove, light bodied, very festive. A great holiday cider in place ofulked wone or spiced cider. Good.
