Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Sweet apple and chardonnay, some spice, and mild booze. Solid.

You can’t go wrong with a beer (or Cider in this case) that weighs in at 11% alcohol. One out of about 25 that I sampled at the 2017 KLCC Brewfest! (No memory).

Draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle
Ordinary cider flavors, not too bad, a bit boozy though, semi-dry. Clean, but not exciting.

On tap at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours yellowish white with a modest white head and an apple and fermented honey aroma. There is a strong apple flavor with a honey finish. A very pleasant drink.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out super dry apples with a light farmhouse bent. Flavour is bone dry, with but very complex, with red apples, some light residual sweetness, and lots of alcohol. Finishes somewhat sweet and very boozy. Despite the harshness, I found this enjoyable.

A pretty good cider. As the description claims, it’s a nice combination of sweetness, tart, and has a dry finish

500ml bottle. Rocket fuel type cider, tart apples stays dry and at the abv definitely some mead like character.

Bottle. Pours clear light yellow with minimal white head. Aroma I Apple, fruity, kind of winey, sweet. Taste is light bodied, tart with a touch of sweetness on the end, high carbonation. Overall, wasn’t sure at first but after a few sips it’s pretty tasty.

Bottle @ home. Thanks, Jake. Clear golden straw color with a soda kind of head to it. Smells like sweet apple, slight caramel, and a hint of pear. Slight Berry tartness. Nice chewy apple flavor. Somewhat tannic, a bit of pear skin, baked apple, and floral honey. Mild grassiness on the finish. Pretty nice. Though a bit of white wine finish.

Bottle from a grocery store. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A big sweet floral apple nose. Bitter green apple, alcohol, flowers, some light sweet honey. More green apples, light tannins. OK. Pretty drinkable despite the big ABV. Not very sweet which might surprise some.
