Made with rhubarb. Very interesting, and good tasting. I would like to try some more to be sure.

Light pour, no carbonation. Looks like white wine. Aroma also vinous, bit chalky, really, feels like white wine for me. Dry and a bit sweetish. But more about dry.

Very clear pale golden color. Musty sour nose with modest tannins. Modestly dry. Finishes quickly. Not bad.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma is sweet, green apples with a medium light tannin note. Light red apple notes, but this is mostly green. Pours a very clear, very pale yellow color with a faint, thin, white head that immediately disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately sweet, but with a fairly dry finish. Medium light green apple notes with some light red apple and tannins. Hints of alcohol in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with moderate carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty bland and somewhat boring cider, but it should work fine for a pork chop brine. Flavor is fairly muted with balanced sweetness and apple notes. A bit too candy-like for my preferences.

This is a bit dryer than most but is still vaguely in the soda pop range of cidres. This is perfectly clear and tastes like less sweet apple juice w/ a pretty nice floral note and some Smarties candy. Its a bit watery on the palate but I prefer that to too sweet and sticky so based on that I am willing to say that this is not revolting.

A pale blonde cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity apple with light acidity, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity apple juice with light mineral notes, plain, OK. On tap at Real a Gastropub.

Can @ home. Thanks, Jake. Clear straw color with short lived white foam. Theres a nice apple and yeasty character to it. Slight white wine and champagne minerality. Good acidity, mild sweetness, and some fruit skins. Pretty dry and high carbonation. Pretty drinkable.

355ml can. Cider pour, bubblegummy yeast tones, apple, and spice in the aroma. Flavor is a semi-sweet kind of vinegary, rotten, not great imo.
