Off-dry, full bodied, high bitterness, creamy CO2.
Hoppy, resiny taste, fruity, mango, pineapple, caramel, spruce, marzipan.
Unbalanced bitterness, burning alcohol. (2012-05-05) JorisPPattyn (10063) - BELGIUM - MAY 13, 2012
Medium, just off-white head, fed by lazily carbonated clear metallic orange-copper beer. Dry, very fruity-citrussy hop, dry hopbales; Ever so slightly cheesy & catty. Very bitter, but also fruity hopflavour, pineapple, grapefruit, bitter herbs. Quite slick, hopoily. Medium to rather well-bodied. Aftertaste harbours long graperfruity hopflavour. Worthy of the symposium, certainly not revolutionary. JohnnyJ (5569) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 11, 2012
Draft at Alesmith. Slightly hazy orange yellow, with off-white head. Citrus, resinous hops, caramel, sweetness, moderate bitterness. A nice DIPA, easily drinkable for the abv, but it’s nothing new. Solid. presario (4925) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAY 9, 2012
Bottle. Good head on crisp autumn amber. Aroma is everything I want in a beer. Big caramel hop beer. Flavour is a bit lupus in syrup. BMan1113VR (7929) - Los Angeles, California, USA - MAY 8, 2012
On tap at Alesmith during CBC. Originally thought it was a new Alesmith Pale Ale, tasted it and new something wasn’t right about this "pale ale". Pours with a clear golden hued body with a fully lasting, retentive white head that leaves good lace. Aromas are of resin, citrusy, tangerine, light caramel, floral, quite dank. Very hop forward. Flavors are citrusy, fruit, really low bitterness with a lot of hop flavor. Dank, medium alcohol, floral and hoppy. Dry, medium bodied, fuller carbonation. Tasty.
