Pours a golden yellow-orange, white head with minimal lacing. Some caramel on the nose mixed in with citrusy, spicy hops. Plenty of sweetness and fruitiness on the tongue followed by a substantial, but nicely balanced hop bitterness. Goes down nice and easy, medium mouth feel and just a bit oily. Very good representation of the style.
Mai? Oh, yeah. Little Asian chick, likes to kick people? I don't think she's gonna be talkin' to anybody for a really long time. Last time I saw her she was at the bottom of a elevator shaft with an SUV rammed up her ass. nickel (1263) - UKRAINE - DEC 21, 2017

I got this can in a trade with joe1510. Thanks Joe!
It pours in to my NB Imperial Pint glass a clear perfect gold colour with a 2 finger head of billowy foam.
The smell is hop driven with both grapefruit and some pine hitting my nose buds.
The taste is has the grapefruit up front and I find the initial taste quite bitter with little to no malt presence. Further sips in and I find a caramel malt sweetness hiding in the background and it *does* become more obvious the more sips I take. The pine I mentioned in the smell doesn't show up for me until the finish and it is also quite bitter but nice. Hmmm, I see this one tips the scales at 7.2%abv and that's bordering on DIPA territory but I can't say the alcohol is noticeable. Good job of hiding it, for sure.
Good medium mouthfeel here and the carbonation is on the light side for the style, me thinks. Also, great head retention and there's plenty of lacing.
Overall, not the typical west coast IPA ..this is a solid IPA that doesn't exactly reach out and grab you but it kind of grows on you and in the end, it sure is tasty and very drinkable. I like it and I'd drink it again so the Brewer's intentions are accomplished. Russtheiceman (9) - - DEC 6, 2017 does not count
Looks more like a wheat unfiltered beer than an IPA. Good aroma with mild hoppiness.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2017 Clear , golden color. Nice, white head. Pine and malt in aroma. Hop forward taste with strong hoppy bitterness and malty backbone. Good West Coast IPA. GeorgeBest (10) - - NOV 24, 2017

: pours slightly hazy golden with foamy white head. Pine, some tropical fruits, citruses, resinous hop profile, medium-high hop bitterness, clean grainy malt flavor with light caramel. Dry bitter finish with lasting bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth texture, moderate carbonation.
Very full bodied. Lovely warm beer. Nice for the winter time. Reminds me of the woods.

Good IPA that comes in a cool looking can. 21st Amendment is one of my favorite breweries, and this beer is one of their classics. I can;t usually have more than 1 or 2 of these due to the strength of the hops
