Draft. Cloudy yellow color, medium off white head. Aroma of citrus and light spice. Tastes like flat orange juice. pdx76 (651) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JAN 5, 2013
On tap at Roscoes - sweet honey aroma. Very mild honey taste with hint of fruit punch.

On draught at the brewery. Sweet in a cloying way with honey and cereal pronounced throughout. Light mouthfeel and color if clear dusted gold. This is pretty tasty. garth_86 (225) - EDMONTON, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 26, 2012
Not good not much flavor at all pours a hazy orange and has some fruit too it. mrmartin (780) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 26, 2012
Slightly hazy golden pour with no head and minimal carbonation. Nose is super faint but fruit and yeast. Smooth but still light body. Sweet fruity with a hint of citrus, grain and honey. Dry-ish finish. Not bad.
This is another "Ancient style" and is sort of mead-like.

This pours a slightly cloudy orange w/ a thin head of medium bubbles. This doesn’t really smell or taste like a hop-free beer to me. It is just slightly spicy, medium bodied w/ a bit of prickling carbonation. It’s an interesting concept beer but not really exceptional. evanlarkin (307) - Northfield, Minnesota, USA - JAN 10, 2012
Hazy yellow with white puffs of head. Saison yeasty aroma with dates. Taste is fruits... oranges, spices. Orange juice and dates with zero bitterness. Interesting. BeerandBlues2 (13595) - Escondido, California, USA - NOV 21, 2011
Tap. Pours hazy gold with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is honey, light biscuit malt, light hops and fruity esters. Flavor is medium biscuit malt, light hops, low bitterness, honey, and a dry finish. Light body, low warmth, and medium carbonation. blipp (9374) - La Mesa, California, USA - NOV 20, 2011
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy and husky aroma with some honey-like sweetness. The flavor has grain, straw, and honey sweetness. Decent. craftycarl21 (2338) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 17, 2011
Draft at Churchkey. A weird gruit ale that pours a light yellow. Nose and flavor are akin to a strange cheeseless risotto or grits. The lack of hops just doesn’t work here. Blech.
