A nice pale. Pours a clear dark orange with a white head. Lots of floral notes and some hops. Taste is simple and hoppy, with a slightly bitter finish. Had on tap at the brewery during the BRU/SFO Project.

This beautiful amber colored beer has a very citrus aroma. It is mildly hoppy and finishes with a rich full flavor.

On tap @ 21A. Hazed orange pour with a white head. Aroma is quite bready and has a lot of toast character to it. Mild melon and peach notes. A touch of vanilla and some caramel. On tap at the brewery. It pours clear golden with a white head. The aroma is dry, floral and a bit grassy with a touch of spicy yeast. The flavor is spicy, fruity, floral and hoppy (Saaz?) Appearance: Clear amber with a medium sized off-white head and lots of sticky lacing
Aroma: Caramel malts, Belgian yeast and banana esters
Taste: Belgian malts, yeasty, spices and fruity
A - Served a hazy copper-orange color with a thin finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly quickly leaving behind some lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet caramel malt with some citrus hops and a bit of Belgian yeast.
T - Starts off with some sweet caramel malts with some citrus hops and some bitterness. Through the middle, some richer bready malt comes through with some Belgian yeast flavor. The finish is a mix of sweet malts with some citrus hops, bitterness, and some Belgian yeast.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a nice hoppy and yeasty finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice mix of American elements and Belgian saison elements with a good balance of hops and fruity and yeast esters.
