12oz can 3/17/16 (Jewel Mix A six)-42° in Tulip-Pours hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of spices, yeast, and citrus. Taste of the same with a metallic back end. This light bodied brew is not very good and not sure if it is the beer or the contract brewery.

This isn’t terrible at first but really loses it towards the end. It’s cloudy blond w/ a huge, foamy head. There’s a pleasant slightly earthy/cobwebby yeast character along w/a bit of banana in the nose but it’s got a sort of metallic bitterness that’s hard to ignore. This is slightly on the sweet side w/ a reasonable juicy texture. It would be drinkable but for that metallic not I mentioned. Oh well. Draft a the bilcos Napa. Clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is tangy lemon, saison, doughy wheat, white bread, subdued saison yeast. Flavour is composed of white bread, doughy, lemon rind, a little flabby. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, little thin, moderate carbonation, little powdery. . Pour is a hazy straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma is pretty much all yeast esters with a decent helping of banana and clove. Flavor is a ok fruit and the yeast esters kind of dissappear in the flavor. Finish does have some spice left on the tongue. The aroma was fine but the flavor left something to be desired.
