~Lemongrass aroma with coriander, wheat and white pepper.
~Pours a bright golden color, hazy tubidity with lasting bubbly white head.
~Lemony flavor, slight bitter lemon peel, coriander with peppery spiciness.
~Light to medium bodied with high CO2, lingering lemony and bitter finish. Refreshing.
~Fantastic. Just what I needed. This a beer that is great for any occasion. Very tasty and enjoyable to drink. bpreo (2902) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JAN 6, 2013
The Saison continues to rise. 2013 will be the year of the Saison. This one is a Belgian style Farmhouse Ale. very different than the French variety. More unusual spices, but still very appealing. damzz (512) - Massachusetts, USA - JAN 18, 2013
Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is citrus Palate is citrus with slight spice. Fairly straightforward and good example of a saison on the light side. Brett B? JaBier (8156) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - MAR 13, 2013
Can from a sixer purchased at Aficionado’s. Clear yellow pour with a huge white head. Herbal nose some malt and funk. Malty flavor with some funk and lemongrass along with a more explicit herbal character of sage before a grassy hop finish. Very nice. malrubius (2982) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - SEP 10, 2013
Can from Save On. Nice pale hazy orange gold with white head and some lace. Nice lemony pixie stick aroma at first then some additional hop spiciness from the cardamom, I guess. Mild fruity mango sweetness with nice lemony grassy dry hop finish only slightly tainted by the cardamom. Nice light refreshing soft body and carbo. Surprisingly excellent.

Yellow, hazy with a quilt of bone whites. Smells nice with lemongrass, hay, grain, a bit of tartness, some floral tones. Flavor follows suite with a bit of bitterness, some herbal notes, some lemon tea. Full bodied with lowish carb. I like this beer, expected something half assed - good stuff. The appearance has a hazy golden yellow colored body with a half finger’s worth of white foamy head that dies at a moderate pace leaving some clingy foamy lacing. Carbonation is seen rising fairly rapidly.
The smell is sweet yeasty with a decent amount of peppery spiciness that combines throughout the beer.
The taste has a nice sweet yeastiness enters in with the peppery spiciness that ends up having a sweet peppery aftertaste with the same finish.
The palate has a light to medium body, fairly sessionable, carbonation is good for the style and for me as there’s a moderate amount lightly hitting my mouth and tongue.
Overall, I say this is a solid saison that I’m glad I tried and will have no problem finishing off this sixpack. bowtiebeer (4) - California, USA - MAR 9, 2014 does not count
very refreshing. Have not tried from the can yet, only draft. A nice Belgian aroma. Maybe a tad too carbonated. rarbring (2295) - Linköping, SWEDEN - MAR 24, 2014

Poured into sam’s glass. Golden, cloudy appearance with a small white head with decent retention and lacing. Aroma lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, with a little earthy spicy notes. Taste as i would expect from aroma with a nice tart and bitterness. Overall very happy!
