Can from GE Express. Pours hazy golden yellow with quickly dissipating, fizzy white head. Kind of funky nose with coriander, thyme and grass, some other spices. Bread and crackers with a tart, earthy undertone throughout and well into the after. Herbal and dirty hops linger throughout. Nice little, earthy saison poisoneddwarf (2647) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - FEB 22, 2013
12 oz can. Pours hazy pale yellow with a collapsing white head. Aroma is extremely fragrant--I get floral notes (cardamom?), fruit (melon), a hint of funk. Taste is lightly sweet, spicy (clove), a bit sour, savory and finishes dry and lightly bitter. Palate is a little thin. It’s tasty and interesting but it’s missing something. Can courtesy of Doodler (thanks Scott) poured a hazy yellow with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of cardomom, straw, yeast and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, cardomom asnd light citrus with a smooth dry lingering cardomom finish. WanderinCelt87 (197) - Hamburg, New Jersey, USA - DEC 17, 2013
Pours a nice hazy gold with a white head. Has a lovely aroma of lemon and cloves. Has a very herbal aroma. Leaves a citrusy feel at the end. coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - JAN 19, 2014
Can. Slightly hazy pale gold. Lots of spice (struck me as sage, but I guess it’s cardamom), light funk, very yeasty, light malt. Liked this a lot, but drank a few right out of the can, which probably muted the spice and helped make it more sessionable.

Pours straw, somewhat hazy. Lots of head that quickly dissipates. Smells of fruity esters and yeast. Belgianish. Tastes of pale malts and roasted wheat. Yes I think there is wheat in this. Tropical fruit, apple and a dry finish. Sediment at the bottom of my glass. Refreshing and tasty beer. Braudog (6837) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - APR 2, 2014
Can. Bright, piss yellow with a huge, rocky head of bright white foam. Quite an herbal presentation -- lavender, thyme, sage. Very frothy mouthfeel an d a bit of whipped meringue. Quite yummy. (#5478, 3/30/2014) Matt_Foran (102) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - DEC 24, 2014
Aroma is typical of a farmhouse saison, heavy wheat and fruity notes. You can taste the cardamom on the first taste, along with the bready yeast typical of a saison. It lingers nicely on the palate, it sneaks up on you, like the name states. MarinaMarket (254) - POULSBO, Washington, USA - MAR 17, 2015
Really great spiced saison. Highly underrated IMO. Excellent flavor and aroma, with nice body and finish. Pleasant. I would definitely drink this again. wlajwl (7069) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - APR 22, 2017
Aroma is spices, fruit and grainy malts. The flavor is fruit/berries, slightly grainy malts, Belgian yeast and a mix of spices and mild tartness in the finish.
