Light yellow color with white head and nice lacing. Aroma is huge and piercing. Lots of perfume, spices, yeast, and grass. Smells like a bouquet of flowers. Flavor is sweet at first and finishes earthy and yeasty with light malts. Very different and pretty good overall. Eberndt (235) - - MAR 8, 2014
Hazy yellow color when poured. Highly carbonated slightly sweet and interesting flavor. 78samh (287) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUN 30, 2014
12 oz can pours light, clear yellow with small head. Yeast and spice in the aroma. Tastes like a spiced version of the classic Belgian farmhouse ale. This is earthy, clean and refreshing. This should be a summer seasonal. Great Saison! twc017 (1) - Washington, USA - FEB 13, 2016 does not count
Like the cardamom spice. A bit hazy straw color with just enough bitterness. jrob21 (3760) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 12, 2016
Single from total wine. Murky yellow color. A little spice. Lots of banana and baked bread. Chewy wheat. Medium bodied. Long semi sweet finish.

Can at Craigs 2016 alldayer. Pours pale yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon, light bready yeast, spice. Taste is more of the same. Dry, almost champagne-like finish. kaser (6364) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 2, 2016
Lemon and pepper aroma. And taste. Bright yellow pour from draft at bad wolf. Delicious. LilBeerDoctor (4032) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 6, 2017
Can. Pours a hazy golden light orange with a thin white head. Aroma of light fruits, bready malt, spices, apple. Flavor is quite spicy up front, very peppery, cinnamon, cardamom, light fruits, apple, apricot, bready malt. Light, peppery, spicy saison, very tasty.

Nice Saison aroma from a slightly hazy light/medium yellow body with a foamy white head. Lots of dry hay with a slightly spicy white pepper bite. Wheaty and light cracker malt background that is just right with the dryness of the taste. Finishes light and dry with a lasting hay and spice taste. Really nice Saison. improvjock (328) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 31, 2012
Can. Pours a clear pale yellow with minimal white head. Aroma of Belgian yeasts and cardamom. Taste is a bit sour up front, light to medium body, with a tiny bit of bitterness and spiciness in the finish. Pretty good.
