Can. Pours a clear pale yellow with minimal white head. Aroma of Belgian yeasts and cardamom. Taste is a bit sour up front, light to medium body, with a tiny bit of bitterness and spiciness in the finish. Pretty good. Nephilium (1818) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - JAN 18, 2013
This starts with a sweet bready malt aroma, with hints of cardamom. It pours a hazy light straw with a full white head. Nice earthy bitterness to it, very light on the palate. Not a bad saison, although I’d still probably prefer this on a hot summer day. pdx77 (1483) - Oregon, USA - JAN 21, 2013
From a can. Very light yellow color. Slightly spiced character with hints of bubble gum, banana, and lime. Easy drinking and smooth. Trev (2023) - Lakeville, Minnesota, USA - FEB 1, 2013
Can: Pour is hazy gold with a fast fading medium white head.
aroma is strong cardamom and clove spice. Ginger and lemon as well.
Flavour is lemon, slightly yeasty. white pepper, cardamom spice. Earthy biscuity malt. Body is a touch on the thin side, but overall I enjoyed this very spice forward beer.

Can from Wegmans. Pours clear yellow with a small white head that quickly dissipates, active carbonation. The aroma is funky coriander, cardamom, tons of spice! The taste is spicy lemon zest, orange citrus, the carbonation hits the tongue fairly hard, and the finish is dry.

Pale yellow, slightly cloudy, with a little bit of white head. The farmhouse yeast can be very off-putting if this beer is warm. If served quite cold, the aroma is pleasant: grass, hay, and nectarines. Flavor is mildly bitter. Very refreshing. Overall, this is a decent beer, but I was hoping for more. obguthr (6358) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - FEB 23, 2013
Overripe lemon nose. Cloudy golden with a wisp of particulate running the full length down the center of the glass, medium head. Overripe lemon and cardamom, tangy., with a malty bitter finish.EdKing (2586) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 24, 2013

Immense herbal aroma, thyme and sage. Clear yellow medium head, minimal lacing. Funky lemongrass flavor, umami thyme and sage . Slight sweetness at midpalate. Thyme.
Can at Bruce’s B’day at the Craft. Colour is cloudy piss color. Nose is oily lemon, sweet and sugary. Bit of farmyard and metallic. Taste is sweet lemon, light farmyard, lime, very light but with an oily texture. onceblind (9688) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 7, 2013
Light golden with a slight haze, with a white head that recedes all too quickly. Aroma has a lot of spice up front, both of the yeast and spice-cabinet variety. The label says dry hopped with cardamom...not sure what cardamom smells like but I’d like to believe this is it in spades, with an almost nutmeg and grass tone in the nose as well. Flavor is light and crisp, though eccentric with a full palate. Earthy spice and nuttiness with a touch of allspice and nutmeg, with a pale malty grainy backbone, gentle saison-yeast sweetness, and a lasting though tamed bitterness. Tastes very belgian, which means I don’t know how to articulate the fact I enjoyed this brew. ACHops (1584) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 8, 2013
12 oz can. Pours cloudy bright yellow with thin white lingering head. Aroma is big lemon and earthy spice notes. Taste is dry golden malt, with cardamom and pepper on the finish. Punchy and bracing. Easily one of the driest beers I’ve ever had. Big Saison.
