Draft at railroad. Pours clear copper with a Short lived head. Aroma is sour funk with a little yeast. Taste is light with a slight yeast kick in the Finish. Not killer. FROTHINGSLOSH (7929) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 8, 2012
Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a golden-amber color with a medium sized foamy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was pepper, vague spice, dry dust and brett. The flavor was dry, musty, dusty, bretty with notes of pepper, vague citrus, perfume, funk, bubblegum and spruce.. Complex but in a nauseatingly off way. Long finish of must, brett, bubblegum, spruce and pepper. Medium body. Yuck.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dark gold with a 3 finger creamy white head. The aroma is spicy/peppery, maybe clove. Makes me think of ginger -it’s that good. Flavor is earthy "ginger". Not exactly bitter, but the spice covers that requirement. It’s very tasty. mixmasterob (1058) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 1, 2012
Draught at Taco Mac. Clear golden pour with a frothy white head. Aroma was very yeasty with notes of spice and herbs, light hop. Flavors were also spicy, full of fresh herbs, mint, clove and green tea. Interesting indeed. Lightly sweet finish Somewhat over the top in terms of spice but not bad. This poured a hazy lighter yellow color with a white head. Aroma was lots of yeast, light citrus peels, and some spices, mainly chamomille. Flavor was much the same, lots of chamomille, and llight other spices. Im usually not a fan of purposely spices saisons but this one is pretty refreshing. QuezXLV (423) - Virginia, USA - JUL 21, 2012
I’m a saison fan and this one is very unique. You can definitely taste the arugala, which is very nice. Its a very clear beer but has a great taste. I would love this one on a hot summer day. reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 14, 2012
Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head...lively. aroma has chamomile and mild clovey spice. Flavor is very spicy...still chamomile and mild clove...almost a hint of mint...mildly herbal. Mouthfeel is medium and very lively...finish is dry and spiced/herbal.
