COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Toaster Pastry is an absolutely fantastic India-Style Red Ale, clocking in at 7.6% ABV and 74 IBU. Biscuit malts give the beer a slightly nutty, crust-like flavor, while pale and dark crystal malts create the mouthfeel and flavors reminiscent of strawberry jam. Calypso and other experimental hops give this ruby ale a welcome bite, plus a few more in the hop back for a toasty-sweet aroma.

Hoppy aroma to start. Nice tasting bitter pale ale. Hop taste to start with slight mild nut flavor at end. Lingering mild fruit ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with a bit of grass and hay supporting. Flavor has earthy grains and pine with some grass and a bit of hay backing.

Can thanks to deyholla. Light amber pour with a small head. Burnt brown sugar. Pine cone. Resin. Some herbal character. Drinks somewhat sweet with a relatively blunt bitter finish. Caramel chews. Sorta oniony, some pine. A touch oily. Medium body, bright carb. Sort of a malty bitter bomb. Not my thing.

Much hoppier smell than expected...Taste is the same...Thought it would be sweeter...Medium bitter all the way through....Some complexity but basically an IPA...Name sounded more like their other great beers...Malty and smooth...Had at flying saucer for St Patty’s day with john 2017

Big nose. Pineapple, esters, acidic, hoppy, moderately sweet, woody aroma. Hazy, brown bronze. Seafoam, sticky head. Sweet, highly hopped, edgy, high octane. A bit of a chore to drink. On tap, Momos.
