COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Origin of name: This beer is named after its unique garnet red-brown color (darker than most dark beers). The color of Černá Hora Granát could lead its consumer to call it a "black beer". Taste: it is characterized by its fullness, sweetness and very dark color. A high proportion of Bavarian, caramel and coloring malt based on a longstanding recipe gives the beer its unmistakable caramel taste and markedly influences its bitterness. It is distinguishable by its good head and vigor. Has won 1st place in category of dark lagers upon competition - "The Golden Cup PIVEX - BEER 1999". Winning competition "Dočesná Žatec" in 1995 -1999 years

On tap at Bowling Šenkvice. Meh? Sweet plum jam in a liquid form. Whatever I'm trying it still ends with this memory and I can't get over it.

Barwa ciemna, ładna piana. Aromat kawy zbożowej, trochę nut słodowych. Nie jest źle. W smaku lekkie z fajnie zaznaczoną palonością i nutami zbożowymi. Orzeźwiające, ale nie puste, goryczka niska. Przyjemne.

Hodně dobré pivo. Příjemné jemné aroma, barva jantarová, silnější říz, a výrazná chuť s jemnými tóny kávy.

Aroma of roasted malts with some caramel touch and some nutty background. Deep ruby in the glass with creamy beige head. Taste is definitely dry with gentle touch of roasted malts, bit of dark bread and dusty, roasty finish. I missed some some hoppy balancing notes, but overall is a solid brew. Good work.

zapach średnio przyjemny, lekko ciężkawy, słodowe, chlebowy z nutami popiołu i karmelu, wszystko ciężkie i przeładowane. kolor ciemnorubinowy, klarowny, piana beżowa, dość obfita ale szybko znika. w smaku pełne, słodowe, z nutami popiołowymi i karmelowymi, lekko chlebowe. dobrze złożone i dość gładkie. goryczka niewysoka, w drugim planie, ziołowa i podpalana. nasycenie wysokie.

Zarówno kolor, jak i aromat, pozostawiają trochę do życzenia. Mało tych palonych słodów. W smaku potwierdza się to. Piwo niezłe, choć mogłoby być pełniejsze.
