Spicy nose, with some malts. Amber colored brew, small white head. Spicy flavor, notes of cinnamon. jfm (1724) - Holbæk, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2005
Bottle. Amber color with a white head. The taste is sweet, thin and light spicy. Notes of cinnamon. Kinda boring really. Mads Langtved (2243) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - JUN 4, 2005
Yellow, small head. This beer is pretty spicey and peppery. I like the idea, but it is not executed with enough power and resolve. Could take more, a bit too thin. JorisPPattyn (10004) - Ursel, BELGIUM - MAY 31, 2005
Yellow-amber gold; very thick & stable off-white head. Very spicey nose, ginger and bog myrtle, pepper and Paradise seed. Typical gingerbread taste, sweet, extremely spicey (all the above + a dash of allspice). Light to medium bodied. Very caramel-sweet aftertaste, but the ginger keeps ruling. Somehow, this is not quite beer anymore to my taste. I’m not overly fond of this liquid gingercake, and every sip made it more repulsive; couldn’t finish the bottle. An orange beer with a small disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet perfumated with notes of citrus, malt, and cellery. The flavor is sweet malty and perfumated with notes of cellery and a dry end.

Chewing gum and ginger aroma. Light copper color, off-white head, good lace. Light sweet, long lasting bitterness, strong ginger, thin. I love ginger but not in my beer.
