COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Origin of name: the name is taken from the name of the star Kvasar. The inventor of this beer was Mr. Jiří Jelínek, who began brewing beer at home in his brewery in Sentice not far from Tišnov. Taste: this beer is characterized by its good head, golden yellow to golden brown color, and good vigor and fullness, which incite further drinking and corresponds to the characteristics of semi-fermented Czech beers. It is distinguished by its slightly sweet character due to its well-balanced bitterness and subtle honey flavor.

Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of bread, citrus, toast, a touch of honey and a grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Nice one.

inbirraveritas (1577) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 14, 2011
Draught at Pivo Söröző, Bp. Clear amber with a medium sized, creamy white head and soft carbonation. Low-keyed, sweetish nose. Sweet-sourish aroma with biscuits, dough and herbals underpainted gently by honey, mouthfeel’s slick. The sharp, sweetbitter tasted finish is medium to long with spices, honey and citrusses. Balanced and enjoyable.

Zarkam (539) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 4, 2013
500ml bottle, clear light orange colour, frothy avereage mostly lasting white head. Moderately malty aroma of bread and nuts, light to moderate floral and piney hops along with a subtle amount of honey. Initial flavour is light sweet & acidic turning into a moderately bitter finish with a slight alcoholic feel, medium to full body, oily texture and lively carbonation. Very nicely balanced and pleasant honey beer with a fairly subtle amount of honey, could’ve used a bit more hops though.

little 0,33l bottle, quite unusual for Czech beers to come in such small bottles. Amber coloured beer with medium-sized head. Traces of honey detectable. Underlinded by a hoppy dryness, very interesting beer.
