COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Origin of name: The beer was named after Father V.Ševčík, who established the joint-stock company in 1896 and helped to establish the brewery in uneasy times. Taste: it is characterized by its well-balanced fullness and combines the taste priorities of both 10 degree and twelve degree beers. The beer is again brewed using only Moravian ingredients, Moravian malt and Moravian hops. Alcohol content should be 4.4 %.

Bottled. The beer is good balanced and drinkable but I couldn’t find any real distinctive feature.

(Keg at Jáma, 20160614) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts and grass. Palate was rather light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, grain and bitterness. Aftertaste was grainy and bitter. A brew that was too weak.

Dorby, solidny czeski pilzner, bardziej chlebowo-słodowy niż chmielowy, ale pijalny jak diabli.
