On tap at some café in Prague. Clear golden with a white head. Grainy and somewhat fruity and lightly buttery with mild grassy notes. Moderate sweet with a mild bitterness and moderate flavour intensity. Not quite too fresh, but still balanced and drinkable.

efeesse (547) - Praha, CZECH REPUBLIC - JUN 12, 2015

Draft as Karlovar Světlý. Golden color, good white foam. Aroma: malt, a little caramel sweetness, small hint of hops. Taste: rather typical for the Czech regional breweries, malt, caramel lightest, a little bitter, very drinkable.

0,5 bottle as Karlovar Světlý. Pours clear straw colour with medium soapy white head. Head is mostly diminishing. Hoppy aroma with some caramel hints, hay, soap. Flavour is light sweet, light bitter notes, malts, grains. Aftertaste is quite dry with metallic notes and light bitter. Light bodied, thin texture, average carbonation.

Čapované Čiernej hore. Chuťovo sladkasté, na konci jemne horkasté. Slušná desina. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear pale yellow golden appearance, medium head. Malty and grainy, average Pilsner overall.

500ml bottle. The starter of brewery sortiment. It has quite yeastly taste (citrus) beside high CO2, so sweet malt and a little hop almost can’t feel. Medium yellow but thin bodied. Not bad and cheap. :)

allmyvinyl (10613) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 9, 2014
500ml bottle from Premium Czech Beers online. Pours clear gold, short-lived white head. Aromas of light lemon citrus, floral notes, some honey. Taste is light sweet, chalky mineral kick, then back to sweet for the finish. A bit thin, texture-wise, But OK.

Dzhigga (349) - Kirov, RUSSIA - OCT 20, 2014
