COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Svrchně kvašené pivo, při jehož výrobě je nejméně jedna třetina sladu připravena z pšenice. Druhem kvasnic a typem kvašení je docílena jedinečná harmonie chuti, v chuti převažuje nasládlá a ovocná chuť. Světlá sž slámová barva, volně plovoucí kvasnice způsobují zákal, tím je pivo neprůhledné a má bohatou pěnu. Pšeničné pivo voní po kvasnicích a je možné v něm naleznout mnoho rozličných ovocných vůní.

Anice floral and citrus aroma. Looks good. The flavor is nice but extremely fruity. A lot of banana., right at the maximum enjoyable amount. Had a festival in Plzen on tap.

Quite nice weizen. Yeasts, bananas and some cloves in aroma, taste is similar. High carbonation, dry body. Bitterness rather low. If there’s nothing better around, you can try it.

On tap. Quite pleasant, well balanced, drinkable. A bit fruity, grassy, nice wheat notes. Taste was adequate for a hefeweizen, overall better than some of the slovenian examples.

0.5l bottle. Malty aroma with yeast notes, banana and pepper notes. Hazy zellow color, white head. Malty taste, medium sour, higher but pleasant bitter. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation and sour and bitter malty finish with pepper notes. Good.
