At a tasting, thanks Dror, snall beige head, clear brown colour with dark red hues, aroma of malt, black cherry hay and some smokey hints, flavour of roasted malt, candy, dark chocolate and dried fruits. Quite sweet but with a complementing bitterness. Good

Bottle. 4,5%. Best before 03.05.14. Pours a clear dark brown with a tan head. Good lacing. Sweet aroma; molasses, feels a bit like a hvidtøl. Flavour is malty, with molasses, though not as sweet as the aroma. Light roasted note. Slight cardboard note as it warms. Bitter and malty finish with a lingering coffee-like bitterness. A bit dry. Overall okay. 23.12.13.
