COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Czech dark lager with rich flavour given by a special combination of four types of malt, which also endows the beer with fullness and a unique caramel flavour and aroma. A pleasant bitterness and rich stable foam complete the unique character of the beer.

VsXsV (4437) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 6, 2015
Bottle. Almost opaque black liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of grain, bread, light ash, floral hops and light toast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of grain, bread, light metal, light ash and earth. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty decent tmavy, true to style and enjoyable. Maybe a bit simplistic and metallic.

Can shared with TO in OSB band bus in Czech Republic. Dark brown. Pale brown head. Aroma of dark syrup, dark caramel and brittle. Similar taste, also with a hint of liquorice. Very sweet.

50cl can. Had it straight from the can. Bready, some caramel. Bready flavor, sweet and buttery. Bulky. Nothing I would buy again...

500 ml can. BB 18/05/16. (Prisma) Tallinn, Estonia.
Dark reddish brown color with a small tan head. Diacetyl, brown sugar, berries and sweet malt in the aroma. Sweetness, berries, mild bitterness, diacetyl and sugar in the flavor. Quite awful... I’m sorry!

TedE (1326) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - AUG 9, 2015
330ml bottle into schooner glass. Chocolate malt nose, a whiff of cocoa. Mahogany brown colour with tan colour head. No visible carbonation. Light body with sweet cocoa flavour. Light fruity chocolate taste in a dark beer. Nice.

GIJOE (1204) - North Berwick, Maine, USA - JUL 31, 2015
On tap at Trinity Irish Pub in Vladivostok, Russia. Pours black with a thick, creamy head that stays long. Nose is malty. Taste is the same. Rather sweet, but pleasant. Okay brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2015 Čapované na Čermánskom festivale piva v Nitre. Tmavá nepriehladná farba. Pivo je trochu vodové, cítiť diacetyl, k dobrému čiernemu pivu mu chýbajú stupne. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dervock (1337) - AUSTRALIA - JUL 3, 2015
Bottle - pours deep dark ruby with a nice big off white head. Caramel malt dominates the aroma. Taste is sweet toffee like with a slightly roast malt finish. Palate is creamy decent mount of carbonation.

Standar dark czech beer. After all I like it. Caramel, resembles on Kozel. In can, at friends house.
