COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional Czech dark lager with rich flavour given by a special combination of four types of malt, which also endows the beer with fullness and a unique caramel flavour and aroma. A pleasant bitterness and rich stable foam complete the unique character of the beer.

Can 0,5. Dark, almost black color. Caramel aroma. Bready taste. Good dunkel.

On tap. Dark brown color with white head. Aroma is toasted malt, caramel and chocolate. Taste is sweet with chocolate. Thin to medium body. Overall it’s good beer, but somehow watery.

Tap at Salon piva. Aroma Czech dark caramel, toffee, light diacetyl (?). Clear dark brown colour. Taste is quite OK, rather sweet but not off balanced, mostly caramelly toffeeish but also light hoppiness present. Simple but good beer.

0,5 can. Pours dark brown colour with medium off-white, fair lacing head. Mostly diminishing after a few whiles. Aroma of bread, malt , a little bit chocolate. Taste is roasted bread, sour, coffee notes. Dry. Sweetnes and bitterness are almost absent. Aftertaste is long, coffee notes are present in it. Soft carbonation, light to medium body. Drinkable.
