Výrazný sladký nástup, plné tělo, říz nižší. V chuti přítomní jemná stopa lesního ovoce, na mě je to pivo sice příliš sladké, ale není nijak "ulepené", takže pitelnost je poměrně slušná.

(PET bottle 1l from Brewery)
Aroma: Malty, light toasty, dusty.
Appearance: Clear amber color. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, malty, toasty, caramel, light bitter.

10/VII/15 - on tap @ Pivovar Černý Orel (Kroměříž) - BB: n/a (2015-895)

Cloudy amber to red brown beer, creamy beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving nice rings of lace in the glass with each sip. Aroma: bit sweet, fruity, apple sauce, spicy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit dusty, yeast, some band-aid, bitter. Aftertaste: pretty hoppy, bit off, spicy, dusty. Didn’t particularly like this brew...

(Rating #4881)

On tap at Cerny Orel (06/03/13). Clear copper-brown pour with generous white head. Roasty, toasty caramel aroma, toffee notes, focused on baked sugar malt aromas. Taste of caramel, light toasted notes, moderately dry, palate a little prickly. Drinkable but quite forgettable.

My Bottom Line:
This dry and bitter Polotmavy has a few cherry-like fruity caramel angles to share in a prickly mouthfeel.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty dark copper.
-Malts are very expressive, especially for a Polotmavé.
-Like their Svetla, this one lacks depth and definition.
-The flavor profile is simple, yet not that effective.

On tap at the brewpub.

Yeast-unfiltred unpasterizec beer from UNESCO town in Moravia. Nice flavour and fruit aroma, Golden to red colour, hazy, brown foam, medium bitterness, light sweetness, good taste, velvet flavourfull body, slick feel, average carbonation, long finish,
