This is a awesomely killer beer that we brewed up with the dudes from 4 HANDS BREWING in the STL. We put in a little pink peppercorn just because we could and bummed a great yeast from PERENNIAL ARTISAN ALES from way south Saint Louis.

Pours a golden color with a big lively head... aromas are belgian yeast lots of bubblegum and a touch of spice. On the palate its very sticky but with a ton of carbonation to counteract its stickiness... I was unimpressed. Lots more sweet bubblegum and over peppered spices made for a heavy handed saison that I just couldn’t get into. Not horrible but being a huge fan of saisons I was expecting more.

This poured a hazy bright straw yellow with a white head. Aroma was spices, light lemon Peel, and some dusty notes. Flavor was a bit over carbonated, dry, and spice notes a little artificial tho

750ml bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a clear gold with about 2 fingers of white head. Aroma is mostly spicy yeast. Taste is about the same. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, very good. I would gladly drink it again.

Bottle: The aroma consists of Belgian yeast, sweet citrus, lemon grass, pepper. It pours a slightly hazy gold with a large white head. The flavor starts with Belgian yeast and citrus. The finish has lemon grass, lemon/orange peel, light pepper, and just a hint of bandaid. It’s light bodied with lively and somewhat fizzy carbonation.

Bottle - big foamy head, medium straw color, Belgian spice aroma, VERY spicy flavor - almost too much at first, but mellows out a little as you keep drinking it

It poured a yellow color with a white head. The aroma was cloves, spice, a bit of hops and pepper. The taste was barnyard, spice, pepper and some citrus. A decent Saison.

759 from Bridge in St Louis. Dry and yeasty saison with nice fruit background. Well done and tasty.

Hazy light yellow pour with a thin white head. Fruity, sweet malt and marshmallow aroma. Crisp malt, light body, touch of sweetness and pepper spice in the taste. Nice brew.

Interesting name. The 750mL bottle poured hazy deep gold with thin off white head. The aroma is full of apricots, apples and yeasty saison spiciness then a sense of soft wheat and bubble gum. The taste basically follows suit with a nice load of sweet light skinned fruitiness mixing with saison yeast spiciness and then some smooth soft wheat notes. Nice.
