Earthy aroma of fruit and grass. Hazy orange, some suspension that is concerning. A touch of citrus and pine, but strangely I am getting cocoa-malt as the biggest flavor. Plush body, dry like an IPA though. Otherwise it’s just another pale ale except for the strength.
Bottle at home in NH. Pours unclear orange with a billowing, dense, frothy cap. The nose holds crackery pale malts, ripening citrus, a little pale wood. Medium sweet flavour, lightly boozy, with some piney nod grassy bitterness, light toasted caramel, white bread, more crackers. Medium to full bodied with massaging carbonation. Somewhat bitter in the finish, with still more crackers, alcohol warmth, woody dryness, orange rind. Perhaps a touch faded. So so overall. rjplumer (1180) - Foxboro, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 2, 2015
Sweet pine aroma. A dark bronze hazy body with strong two fingered head. Bitterness is medium strength with a malt character to balance it out. A good beginner IPA as the bitterness doesn’t blow your palate out. N3lson1 (1010) - Long Valley, New Jersey, USA - JUN 21, 2015
Drank from a nonic glass, poured from a twelve ounce bottle purchased as part of a craft brew eight pack. Pours a nice, hazy golden, orange color with lots of fluffy head. Has an aroma of hops with nice crisp complexity. Tastes refreshing on the very intial taste on the tounge then straight hops, pretty gross if you ask me. (Rating #5793)

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a fingers worth of head and good lacing. Mild citrus and pine nose, initial hop bite quickly muted by bready malt. Medium bodies mouthfeel. Not bad, seems like a session type ipa

Aroma: The aroma is light hops, some herbal notes, soapy malts, and a little fruit
Appearance: It pours a clear orange color with a clean sheet of off-white head and mid-heavy lace
Flavor: The taste is decently on-style, some hop flavor and malts, but also a hint off
Palate: This one has a soft mouthfeel, a smooth body, and a somewhat dry finish
I wasn’t a huge fan of this one. The flavors just aren’t clean, they come off as flawed. It does have a nice look and a nice feel. Overall, just a below average IPA.
Sampled at Big Brew Beer Festival (Morristown). Poured a hazy golden color with a large frothy white head. Aroma if lemon zest, fresh citrus, and sweet grain. Taste of lemon zest, sweet grain, and bitter resinous pine.
