Gusher. Overflowed after popping the cork. Nice white head and good retention. Hazy orange body.
Unbelievable aroma. Lemongrass, hay, and a huge funk. Fresh and light. Immense aroma, even if it’s as delicate as a gueuze aroma gets.
Taste mimics the smell, but more acidic than funky. Lemongrass and hay. A touch sweet in the finish. Good barnyard in the background, but it isn’t the headliner.
Overly carbonated. So carbonated that the bubbles are more noticeable than the beer at points. Makes it light and effervescent, but I feel like it distracts from the flavors.
Incredible flavors, especially coming in the nose. Light and refreshing. Maybe not the intensity I expected and usually get from a 3F gueuze, but excellent nonetheless. SpongeRuiner (1114) - Michigan, USA - NOV 13, 2015
A slightly darker golden color full of bubbles. A ton of interesting flavors. Extremely drinkable. Would be fantastic to sip on for a hot day. Not very sour but still acidic feel. Great stuff. Sammy (12596) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 17, 2015
Liam’s bottle. Light orange colour. Brett like aroma. Delicious and goes down easy. King_Alex_II (1228) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 19, 2015
Orange color with solid foam ring. The smell resembles a buttery flower field with a little of old feet. The taste is sour, but not too aggressive. Light funkiness, but father decent. The aftertaste is dry and sour. SinH4 (6113) - Garching b. M?nchen, GERMANY - SEP 19, 2015
With Toni from Erzbierschof and anstei. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is very distinct, flowery, citrusy. Taste is citrusy, perfumed. Some rubber, some old bread. Simply good. Full body. A fantastic blend, and yes, spring. I’m blown away by what Toni is offering tonight.

Bottle at Zwanze Day Zurich. I’m in heaven today. This is geuze. Strong carbonization, crisp, but balanced in all respects. Flowery. GlasgowTAD (1874) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 7, 2015
Bottle at Akkurat. Pours an orange yellow with a slight white head. Aroma is peppers, herbs, citric aromas and some funky hay. Taste is slightly peppery, slight hay, light citric acidity, light lemon. Kinz (3786) - Glen Allen, Virginia, USA - JUN 14, 2015
Drake’s 10k courtesy of travlr. Medium amber, low level acidic aroma, lots of horseblanket. Flavor matched. Pretty far to the mellow horseblanket side of things as opposed to the bracing acidity of a Cantillon, but a very nice beer indeed. Somehow had a level of subtlety and sophistication you wouldn’t find in the style. obguthr (6585) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - JUN 13, 2015
Sour wood and unripe persimmon nose. Thick head, cloudy amber. Tart green apple, wood. Light body, soft carbonation. Drake (14058) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 13, 2015
Bottle shared by Travlr at my 10K tasting. Thanks! Hazy orange, medium sized foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of peppery, spicy funk, barnyard, hay, dry stone fruits. The taste is tart, dry citrus, peppery barnyard, spice. Medium bodied, high carbonation, lingering funk.
