With Toni and anstei and co. Hazy orange color with big white head. Hay, flowery, peppery. A bit warming. Ethereal, herbal? Hints of rubber again. Soft foamy mouthfeel, tickly soft carbonation. These 4 seasons were absolutely mind-blowing. GlasgowTAD (1778) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - AUG 7, 2015
Bottle at Akkurat. Pours an orange-ish yellow with no head. Aroma is citric, lemon and slight pepper. Taste is peppery, slight herbs, citric acidity, lemon and slight hay. Slightly more carbonated than the others. Sarlacc83 (2287) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 26, 2015
Bottle from Brad. Thanks!
A: Red color with a huge foamy white head.
N: Peppercorn, apricot, acetone, vinegar, musty attics, hint of cherry, old growth oak, grapefruit and lemon rind.
T: Good and tart. Some light malt. Funky.
M: Light body, foamy carbonation, no alcohol.
O: Really good blend. Complex and well-rounded; lacking in the over the top vinegar pucker in favor of something more sublime.

Bottle. Hazy darker orange in color with a frothy whitish head. Notes of lemon and funky stable in aroma at first. Tart and sour notes as well. Lemon notes in taste, some funkyness and wheat too. Smooth but tart, with apples later on. Dry and slightly oaky finish with pleasant sour notes. Good, but my least favorite from these four seasons blends. Foffern (1879) - Bodø, NORWAY - MAR 9, 2015
Bottle at home. Now 5 year old bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour, with a soapy, big, off-white head. Aroma of oak, forest floor, horse, barnyard, rowanberries, vinegar and dried apricot. The flavour really follows up with more sweet fruit blended with barnyard and forest floor. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A fantastically balanced gueuze with a nice mix between sweet and sour fruit, and feels quite fresh as well.

Bottle pours a hazy Orange/golden with a medium white head. Potent aroma of horse blanket and funky spicy yeast. Taste had a mild overlaying sweetness, light pepper, contained barnyard funk, and Brett. Tamed and declicious. thome50 (1295) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - FEB 4, 2015
Bottle at the Libertine February bottle share. Forgot where I got this one but glad I have a full set left. Pours a light yellow to golden yellow. Aroma is a great funky gueuze, wow! Taste is pepper, funk, light to moderate sour and just an outstanding beer. suprchunk (2994) - Crestview, Florida, USA - NOV 14, 2014
Deep golden. Big white head. Little lacing. Peppery funky aroma. Sweet taste with pepper and funk. Enegaard (75) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2014
Booom!!! Very big Gueuze, havent had a beer like this for a long time. Very intense in the nose, it’s like the funky sour hay-thing transcends into something else, very fresh sour apples, sourdough gone bad and vinegar. Tthe taste produces sunshine behind my closed eyelids - just incredible! Really worth the wait and money!
