750ml bottle. Murky burnt orange. Not much head. Fruit cocktail aroma. Taste is green apple, straw, stewed fruits, bit of acidity, complex. It’s well poised on the tongue. Mostly dry, mild sourness, but balanced and very drinkable. Very nice but not quite how I imagined it to be. Ktwse (4894) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2015
Pours hazy apricot with low white head. Aroma of green apples, green grapes, eucalyptus, mojito... Taste is rich apple tart, light grape and grass finish. Very balanced, very smooth. Light, crisp body with soft carbonation. Mortlach (2347) - Rome, ITALY - APR 5, 2015
750ml bottle shared @La Tana (Rome) with ippopotamo36. Pours a cloudy light amber color with a medium foam. Aroma is fantastic, wild yeasts, barnyard, oak, some balsamic notes and alpine flowers, wow! Flavour is rich and complex, very sour and rustic, powerful and persistent in the mouth. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Exciting and unique. Arve_Christian (5146) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 4, 2015
75 cl bottle at Sandar Mikrobryggeri. Clear golden color, good foam. High aroma intensity; stable; autumn leaves- great yeast influence also light cherries in the finish. Medium body & high complexity. Great sourness & good bitterness; well balanced. Very enjoyable

Sampled at Shep’s Diaper Party. A big tick here and a good one! Begins with a blast of funk in the mouth that quickly settled and all kinds of interesting stuff emerged. Lemon and grass, citrus, must, and at the finish, salt. Really good.

Bottle from Bottle Shop Canterbury; hazy amber pour with a thin frothy beige head, lemon and funk aroma, taste has some tart fruit, zesty lemon, some hay, dry finish.

0,75 bottle, an unique and apparently retired jewel that mortlach shared with me at La Tana pub in Rome-Italy. Grazie! The beer pours a semi-filtered cornish color which is very hard to define (never seen such a unique appearance in any of the beers I have drunken before). The cap is medium-low with gassy big bubbles and a yellow-orange reflex. Fantastic. The nose is complex: wild-red fruits, oak barrel, fruity (peach). Mouth is terrific: a background of round maltiness in a balanced sour drink. Berries, wood! Bravo! hopdog (12584) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 20, 2015
750ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with an off white head. Citrus, overall mustiness, barnyard funkiness, some woodiness and brett. Very drinkable and very nice. kraddel (8156) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - JAN 4, 2015
Lost the specific text in the rating for these beers . Opened at a tasting with Armand himself . Will update rating with text when I found the papers, only scores for now . gEUS (1637) - Linden, BELGIUM - NOV 23, 2014
Compared with the Hertst - Bottles shared by Armand, Michael & Lydie. Summer pours cloudy light orange with a good steady head. Very subtle funk nose, nice oaky touches. Silky smooth body, full mouthfeel, incredible balance. Taste is fine malts, soft funk and a lot of soft oak. Herfst is a tad darker in colout and more vibrant in the nose; some more citrus and fruity esters. A bit more carbonation makes this excellent lambic more lively and fresh, but ever so marvelous.
