Bottled (from bierkompass.de). Hazy orangeish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is farmyard, mild tart and sour wood. Flavour is really sour and tart with some wood and mild sour berries. If the lente was brilliance, this lacks a bit in the aroma, but then again kicks ass in the flavour. Not a lambic for beginners.

UPDATED: MAY 8, 2012 Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Tart Bretty nose. Medium body, heavily carbonated, tart Brett, a little fusty, really sweaty and a little rough. Dry, tart and sulphurous finish. 080512

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy deep golden with a lively, rough off-white head - actually comes gushing. Very tart barnyard aroma with quite some Brett. Medium body, fruity yet very dry and astringent with your typical Belgian barnyard Brett - it doesn’t really come like this anywhere in the world! A little salt and sulphur. Dry and astringent finish. Lovely! 8/3/8/4/16=3.9 180911

Bottle shared with the Kernel crew.Very hazy amber beer. Good sized pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate. Light sourness with a little lemon lime. Initially there was a strong malty bread flavour but this died away quite quickly. Floral notes. Lots of brett and a whisper of honey and wood. Champagne crisp finish. Pretty good.
