Big huge cherry aroma with funk oak barnwood and cellar characteristics. The wood was extremely well balanced with the sour cherry and other fruit character. Lively carbonation. Perfect! krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - MAY 16, 2015
Beautiful tart cherry aromas. Lives up to its name cranberry juice red color, pour it hard because although I it dissipates fast the head is blood red. It’s all about cherries smooth introduction quickly leads to a source bite, then it cleans up for a second and then fades with a lively tartness. 77ships (10455) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - APR 23, 2013
375 ml. corked and caged bottle purchased @ the brewery during Tour de Geuze. Consumed home. Not a fan of the label which is a bit of a downer, commercial and out of place looking much like the flier I got for this beer. Drinking this right now because with so much cherries in it, I thought it was best to get this super fresh in order to enjoy all of the fruits. Although this was bottled on 13/11/2012. Pours intense red (sorry), darkest wine red imaginable, blood red Bordeaux, incredible very dark pink, hint rhubarb head, which very sadly fizzes away almost instantly. Nose incredibly pure and heavy kriek, almost juice-like, Oh my God so much, like pie almost, like pits, so, so, so, so much, much, much, much pure kriek, unbelievable. Taste is almost kriek juice, pure kriek, this is like eating a bag of kriek, light tart kriek juice in the finish, light hint juice, almost hint spices, light tartness in the finish, almost hint acid, so much juice, actual kriek sourness,… like pie. Carb. is instantly gone, almost flat. I cannot believe this beer, so much fruit, ridiculous. REDICULOUS. Beyond drinkable, I could drink this all day long. Probably has the potential of becoming incredibly sour with age but that is not the point I assume. This is THE fruit beer, I have been looking for my whole life, only fruit in a glass. This is Kriek – mind you this is KRIEK and not Cherry which are extremely different things – don’t call Kriek’s cherries – they are sour cherries. Super rich and dark red pour. Pinkish head. Flavors of tart cherries up front, a red wine note--chianti, nice yeast, tartness, some funk. Freaking great. Alesmith (11) - NORTHERN IRELAND - DEC 9, 2016
A stunning pour, 2015 vintage enjoyed with traPissed, on the nose was pure pussy juice & cherry lip balm, moist but naturally juicy aftertaste, the perfect consistency, it was my conclusion that this was the perfect time of the month to pop the cork.
This was pussy juice in a bottle....

Bottle shared at the RateBeer Gallery event in SF. Pours deep cranberry red with very little head. This beer is ridiculous. Absurd cherry pie aroma and flavor, complete with cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg. Tart but not really sour. Literally a beer expression of eating cherry pie or cobbler or something. So gooooodddddd. Bottled at SBWF. Clear cherryred, small pink head. Super intense Schaerbeekse cherry aroma. Tart with underlying fruit sweetness, rich and complex with lemon and barnyard meets these lovely intense cherries. Just mindblowing. JustDrinkIt (261) - Arizona, USA - OCT 17, 2013
Wow. Deep dark burgundy pour with only a rosy border of head. Aroma of concentrated raspberry and black cherry. Flavor is sour cherry and pomegranate. Lighter than I expected at first, but the flavor is so much more full as it warms a little. Kjekks (1) - - NOV 2, 2013 does not count
Intense cherry. Werry nice sour cherry flavor. Beautiful red/dark pink color.

Pours a deep Ruby color with a minimal rose colored head and low retention. Smells like a tart cherry cordial. Tastes of a moderately sweet dark cherry flavor with a lingering sourness.
