In bottle at Craig’s. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. An amazing aroma of wet cardboard, lemon, horse blanket, apricots and caramel. The tartness is quite restrained with similar flavours. Mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Superbly complex. kryon (3557) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - OCT 26, 2012
Pours foggy amber medium white frothy head
Nice fresh sour taste of citrus, apricots, wheat
Generally very fresh, long nice sour sweet ending. Ktwse (4894) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 26, 2012
Pours cloudy amber with big white head. Aroma of fresh grass, citrus, green grapes, apple, a hint of barnyard. Taste is very fresh and crisp with a rich and sour long finish. Light body, fairly low carbonation for the style.

In short: A relatively smooth drinking uber-funky and not-so-sour Gueuze. Excellentjcartamdg (3445) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 20, 2012
How: Botttle at Amundsen Bryggeri, Oslo Norway. A few months after the beer release
The look: Cloudy golden amber body topped by a large beige head with good retention and leaving lots of lacings on the glasss
In long: Nose is uber-funky, a symphony of brett and everything that smells wild and farmhouse. There is very little sourness transpiring through the nose, this is pure classy funk with mild fruity notes. Body is very full with a dense fluffy texture, carbonation is very active and the mouthfeel is very lively. I would have preferred a slightly more relaxed carbonation, but I’m just nitpicking here. Taste has a whole lot of funk, lactic acid, leathery notes, brett going into grapefruits territory, light notes of green apples. Very rustic overall character evoking old attic and things of the sort. Acidity and sourness sensation are not very hight for the style which makes it an almost sessionable gueuze. A fantastic lambic blend that focuses more on elegance than intensity. Up there with the top “sessionnable” Gueuze such as Tilquin and others. Drinking this great 750ml of lambic all by myself made feel really sad for the people who have actual friends they need to share their bottles with.
Pours a hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma of funk, hay and something else I can't pinpoint. Taste follows, really nice.

Bottle 750ml from erzbierschof.ch. Complex. Relatively strong carbonation. Lemon peel and horse blanket throughout. Interesting balance. Very slight residual sugars in the finish. jbeatty (1248) - New York, USA - OCT 13, 2012
Bottle, 10/13/2012. Pours a rustic amber, cloudy orange highlights, impressive rocky head, sudsy lacing. Aroma of barnyard, horse blanket, nice mustiness; light vinegar and lactic notes, bright tart citrus, grapefruit, berries, and oak. Taste is clean citric tartness, acidic, light fruitiness with big grapefruit bitterness, sour tropical funkiness in the finish. Dry, light sparkling palate. Very nice, an understatement. Morten siger at den ikke smager af citrus. Det mener jeg at den gør! Masser af aroma og smag. Dejlig syrlig.
