[37.5cl 2005 bottle, home, 03/01/10] Poured with absolutely no head. Aroma was incredibly funky: barnyard, lemon, leather, vinegar, earthy tones. Very sour, acidic, funky taste that lasts and lasts. Almost eye-wateringly puckering. Gave a sparkly mouthfeel. Very complex; this almost goes without saying, given the notes.
Pours clear copper with low white head. Aroma of grass, green grapes, apples, light honey and citrus. Taste is rich tarty grassy, grapes and apples, mellow sweet finish. Light and crisp body with soft carbonation.

Nice, fresh, sour lambic, hay and fruity aroma and taste. Not good for begineers in beer art. They cannot switch from shit lager to this. Getting older-aged is better. Colour is golden, hazish, amber. sokuzs1 (1533) - POLAND - AUG 20, 2017

Bottle at Drie Fonteinen, Lambik-o-Droom...shared with the wife, cheers~! Pours a lightly hazy golden color. Hues of copper. Small eggshell head. Aromas are pure bliss! Does gueuze smell better than this?! Tons of barnyard, horse blanket, citrus, oak, light hay, light bread. Taste follows, with a nicely tart citrus note, fading into dry, funky brett...horse blanket, leather. Depths of oak follow with a very soft moth feel, despite a medium carbonation. Finishes with a light bread note, medium tart, citrus, oak and more horse blanket. Fucken awesome!
