COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blend of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambics.
A true Geuze - a blend of 1, 2, and 3 year-old lambic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, and aged in the bottle for at least a year after blending. Refermentation in the bottle gives this Geuze its famous champagne-like spritziness. The lambic that goes into it is brewed only with 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, aged hops, and water, spontaneously fermented by wild yeasts, and matured in oak casks.

Bottle at the brewery restaurant. Pours hazy gooden amber with a shortlived fizy offwhite head. Aroma is funy cellar stable wet blanket fruity slightly sweet and sour, very fresh. Flavor is crisp yet not too carbonated, sour bretty fruity very refreshing and has a good astringent stable finish. Exelent pairing with a lunch.

Espuma blanquecina que permanece, color anaranjado con tonos dorados turbio y sin apreciarse apenas burbujas brotando, aroma intenso a cítricos ácidos, sabor amargo intenso recordando un poco al sabor de la sidra (entre limón y manzana)

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2017 Smooth, detailed, and sweet, the sour notes were maintained so well over all of the combined years.

Bottled Oct 2013. Pours golden with small dissipating white head. Aroma is acidity, funk, hay & green apple skins. More of the same on the taste. Apples, bretty funk, wood, lemon with lots of acidity. Light body, bone dry finish. Not much carb. The gold standard for geuze? A proper sipper, my insides are squealing

A great sour beer, really tart with an apple like taste. Quite a dry finish and a complex palate. Definitely one to sip and enjoy ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fine gueze. Leathery, citrus and stable-ish aroma. More sour than acidic. Mine was a bit too carbonated which made it more difficult to enjoy.

From a shared bomber at a party. Aroma is dry funk. Flavor is VERY funky with a good but not overwhelming dose of sourness as well as a good dry backbone and some sweet wheat. Somewhat light bodied. Good beer.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2017 great geuze. sauer, but not too much, I’d say somewhere in the middle, full of taste and sauer enough to be great. Also a little hints of bitterness. The nose is great.

Intensywny kwaskowaty aromat, duzo stajni, agrest, winogrona, ocet. W smaku równiez dosyc kwasne, cierpkie, mocno sciagajace. Lekkie i orzezwiajace.
