Appearance: Pours an orange cloud.
Aroma: Aroma of funky fruit.
Taste: Tart fruit, faint wheat.

Summary: My second Lambic- Gueuze rating. Solid beer just the style isn’t for me.
?complex and very individual aroma: old cheese, a little stockyard, malt, hay with flowers, light hint of citrus. Taste: a mild acidity, slightly tart, hay, citrine, excellent balance, refreshing. Awesome. josanguapo (1684) - SPAIN - JUL 23, 2017
From Zombier. In Teku glass. Playing Pillara of Eternity. It may be fault of my palate, but although I havent found it completely disgusting i didnt enjoy it either. Just tartness with some lemon Szulo (168) - Płock, POLAND - JUL 21, 2017
Butelka w Carpe Kraft. Barwa glebokiego zlota, klarowne.

375 ml bottle. Pours a nearly clear golden with a white, quickly disappearing head. The aroma is medium acidic (lemon, raspberries) and lightly yeasty (vegetables, cucumber) with some woody notes. Medium body with a medium carbonation and a medium sourness; pretty smooth and well balanced with a tart finish. The flavor starts with sour fruits, lemons followed by unripe berries, raspberries, gooseberries and ends with tart fruits and some woody notes. Dry finish. Very smooth and fresh.

Orange yellow body with just a few white bubbles. Lemony woody aroma with some grapes. Lemons right off in the taste with the oak and some general delicious funk. Lingering sourness but a clean finish EerieDrinks (199) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 4, 2017
2 finger white head. Dissipates quickly.
Hazy, deep amber to light brownish coloured beer.
Aroma is barnyard, light soil, red and green apples and light lemon with a hint of wet wood. Definitely good but not that exciting in my opinion.
Taste is white grape, green unripe apple, barnyard, lemon, light vinegar and light mint with a hint of soil.
High tartness. Dry but not at all overwhelming, quite juicy actually! Medium-low bitterness.
Overall: A lot of white wine-esque qualities in this Gueuze. Not my favorite style of beer but I definitely appreciate the craftsmanship. For a 6% beer it feels pretty big and filling, even though the fizziness and tartness makes it feel light at the same time. Good beer but not something I would rush to pick up again. langeveld12 (553) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 1, 2017
I love the complexity of this beer. It is sour, sure, but all is in balance and when you get used to the sourness all of the other flavors come up. Malt, oak, fruits. Great! Offar (13) - DENMARK - JUN 16, 2017
Aroma sour, green fruit, very strong. Smell of apple fills the room.
Hazy yellow with small bobbles, and a hugh white head that disappear quickly.
Extremely sour and acidic , with a taste of apple, quite unlike anything I’ve ever had. Taste more like a sparkling wine, then a beer. But without any bad aftertaste. Carbonation is spot on. Basically no hop taste and as powerful it is in the front of the mouth, there is not much in the back.
Not my taste, guess I’ll have to revisit, when I’m more familiar with lambics.
