@ Lambik o droom. Rating of a ten year old bottle (2008). Truly cherry aroma. Pits and all. Very nice and lively carbonation. Taste is cherry with a lot of wood. Wood in a nice way. Pits? Very well balanced. Funk and cherry in a bottle. This is so nice. Fermented cherry skin. Age blended taste. Sour. Palate is lively and juicy. Aftertaste is complex.

Rask0lnikov (1609) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 25, 2017
750ml bottle. 2015. Pours dark, almost bordeaux red colour. Moderate pinkish white head. Funk, barnyard, buttery, almondy cherries, slight acidity and sourness in the aroma. Barnyard and cherries at first. Notes of almonds, cherries. Buttery notes. Rather dry finish. Cherries are beautifully in present. Juicy palate. All the classical characteristcs of schaarbeekse cherries are there. Wonderful kriek.

3.8
mikeyo1 (887) - Linköping, SWEDEN - NOV 11, 2017
bottle @ home. Cellared 7 years. Pours a clear red color (with hazy sediment in the second half). Aroma of cherries, cherry kernel, lemon, leather, some vanilla, barnyard and hints of vinegar. Sour, acidic taste with clean layers of sour cherries. Also leather, lemon, horse, earth. Not overly complex for a lambic but very nice cherry character.

3.9
czlowiekmotyka (605) - Warsaw, POLAND - NOV 11, 2017
Super intensive cherries in the mouth. Aftertaste is a bit tart but quite swift. Not that different from regular oude kriek but more intensive.

4.2

Bardzo wytrawne, pestkowe, z lekko migdałowym posmakiem. Intensywne, ale przy tym lekkie, dobre, klasyczne.
