Bottle at the brewery. Arnaud treated us to a tasting of this and what a beer (and what a guy too). It is absolutely stunning. Cherries galore, one could feel they are eating off the tree in the fields. It is a masterclass of a beer from a guy who is so so passionate about his beers. Added a whole new dimension to my appreciation of this brand.

2010 vintage. Pours cloudy red. Nose is not that crazy intense cherry, wood. Palate is sour cherry. Delicious cherry sweetness, grapes, blackberry. Hasn’t aged perfectly.

Moravius (1403) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUL 20, 2017
Flasche („Oude Kriek van Schaerbeekse krieken 35 %", Alk. 5 %, 75 cl, abgefüllt 2008 und etliche Jahre daheim gelagert). - Rubinrot, klar, rosafarbener Schaum.

Bottle at 3 Fonteinen. Shared with the wife. Cheers! Pours a deep red, small pink head. Loads of sentiment. Aromas of cherry skins, deep horse blanket funk, light almond, light hay. Taste is loaded with cherry skins, jam, almond. Wet oak. Very soft mouth feel, very light acidity. Incredibly balanced and smooth. Could drink this all day!!
